Refund and cancellation policy

Project advance

The 70% advance confirms your slot and covers work that starts immediately, such as research and strategy. Once work has started, the advance is not refundable.

Cancelling a project

If you cancel before we start work, we refund the advance minus any third-party costs already paid. If you cancel during a project, you pay for work completed to date, calculated by milestone, and we hand over the work completed.

Retainers

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current month are not refundable.

Advertising spend and third-party costs

Money paid to advertising platforms, printers, stock libraries, domain registrars or other third parties is not refundable by us once spent or committed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the original payer within 14 working days.
